How PurchaseCheck works
PurchaseCheck is an AI-driven Chrome extension and web engine. When you ask it to check a product, it compares what the listing promises with what the evidence and real buyers report, and shows you the expectation gap before you spend.
-
You open a product
Click the PurchaseCheck button on a product page, or paste a product link into the web app. Nothing is read until you ask.
-
It weighs the evidence
The listing, specifications, photos, seller terms and customer reviews are checked against each other. Every finding is traced to its source.
-
You get a clear decision
Buy, consider alternatives, don't buy yet, or not enough evidence, with what matters most and what to verify first.
- Listing claims
- Which claims the listing's own details support, contradict or leave unstated.
- Buyer feedback
- Problems buyers report again and again, such as sizing, material or durability.
- Photos vs. reality
- Where product images and mockups differ from what buyers describe receiving.
- Seller credibility
- Return terms, delivery promises, warranty and seller signals, stated or missing.
- Never invents prices, reviews or specifications
- Says “unknown” when the evidence is missing
- Paid plans add features, never a better verdict
- No hidden affiliate links
